Thank you! This works! When I click Save As, all geometry appeared in connection editor. Instead to close it I delete last elements that represent the turnout on the end, and switch "ending connection" to turnout http://prntscr.com/99vhsx Now I have all complex geometry in new alignment associated whit starting and ending turnout.
