There isn't anything wrong with what I am seeing in the screen shot, provided that: User "OSV" has loaded the .alg and is still in the file and "OSV" loaded the file before "XLPE" loaded the file. User "XLPE" has loaded the .alg and is still in the file. If "OSV" is not actively in the .alg then I would suggest the following: User "XLPE" should close the file (i.e. do a Close or just Exit the product) User "OSV" should load the file and immediately close and exit the product. This should remove "OSV" as the Locked By User. You could encounter this issue in several ways. They are: User "OSV" loaded the .alg and the product crashed, which means that the .alg was not properly exited and user "OSV" still has the geometry locked. As stated above if "OSV" reloads the .alg and exits this issue will be resolved. User "OSV" loaded the .alg and used the operating system to make a copy of the .alg (while he is still in the file). In this case making copy with the OS totally bypasses the multi-user access. Regards, R. W. Bradshaw
