You must Import as Cogo points, then run Clearance report: http://prntscr.com/a7nph7 This will make Report, save it as .xls file with Station Offset Elevation etc. Then you can save it as .txt file and use again Text Import Wizard to import them as Event points as S+O property. S+O means Station and Offset N+E means Northing and Easting If your event points are defined by N+E they allays stay on their place. If event points are defined by S+O they change their place as horizontal alignment changes.
