How did you get the graphic in AutoCAD? Is the graphic in AutoCAD an arc or a polyline? A simple test is to first check in Rail Track: do the report annotate stationing each 20m to get a tick label coordinates (using Tools>Dimensions>XYZ Text at intersection of the tick and the curve Compare with the report I don't get any difference. So should be the same in AutoCAD in an arc. For a transition it depends on the stroking but you must ensure to have a vertex at least each 20m to be able to compare the same things.
