Surya Custom cross sections may be the solution here, along with some excel manipulation. If you go to, Evaluation, Cross Sections, Create Cross Sections and look in the Custom Leaf, you can add cross sections to a Custom Cross Section Set and save them as an. xsc file. If you open up an. xsc file in a text editor, (notepad etc.) you can see how this file is created. See attached image. The format of this is pipe separated, so information is separated with a | symbol, and anything with a : infront of it is ignored by the software. So, if you have the chainages of your 300 points for cross sections, you could define them in Excel, and combine them into pipe separated data text strings using the & function of MS Excel, before saving them as .txt and changing the extension.
