You can import your old txt and xml based turnout libraries to OpenRail Designer. Workflow starting with a txt based library is: Use Bentley Rail Track SS4 to convert txt library to xml. turnout-library-converted-to-xml Use OpenRail Designer to import xml library into dgn based library, converting them to feature based turnout definitions.
