I have experienced some problems with annotation of profile and the horizontal slew, and it relates to your answer above.
When we import reggression points with Add Horizontal Reggression Points, we select the range of points, 1st and 2nd point. This gives the direction of the points from A-Z.
If I then design the alignment, based on the reggression points, but make alignment go the other way of the reggression point direction, from Z-A - Then I have experienced some problems with horizontal slew.
With the setup as above there will be no data in the horizontal slew when annotating the profile.
I know that this is not a pretty way of organizing my alignment, but this can accure if we get new surveypoint in the middle of the project.
I can bring an expamle to the Nordic Civil if you want hands on with the problem we have experienced.
