This usually is taking for me the Default setup. In order to make it use the preferences I want I'm saving those as Default and use the Annotate Multiple. The offset distance between alignment it would be an useful feature - it is strange why is not included. Perhaps because the entire annotation procedure in Railtrack presumes the annotation of one alignment at a time - which is not true. Very often we annotate more than one alignment so it will be useful to have this Annotate Multiple as a full and independent tool with features that could allow to compare the two alignments against each other (horizontal and vertical offset etc). Another important issue that this kind of annotation might solve is the chainage creep.
