Yes all levels are on. I don't see any major change apart from this. In the screen shot have a look at the settings. Though it seems to look ok to me.

Did you try another preference ? Or change a value and save the preference so that it is written again in the XIN file

No, not working. I ever restarted the software again and then tried. Some other option from where the settings for this are controlled. Maybe unknowingly if i twisted that?
