Forum Post: Re: Railtrack: vertical change in plan
yes it is possible using Geometry>View Geometry>Station offset annotation. You can annotate data between alignments or alignment/points. Take care of the active vertical alignment when using...

Hello,1) You need to purchase Bentley Training to get the exercise dataset.2) Yes you can have points without any component. They are named NULL POINTS. They have the same properties than others. They...

Doing regression is not that difficult but you need some basics on Rail Track. You need to understand styles and preferences to get an automatic update of the sorted line. I believe it is mandatory to...

Connect them in a normal way - they will have different lengths and then edit lenghts. Curves will shift slightly but you'll get equal transitions.

You can use the multiple element regression analysis. In this case it is used as a multiple elements connection solver. You have to select the first and last element then add elements between them....

View ArticleForum Post: Re: Reverse Curves
When you offset the alignment, circles are concentric so there is a constant offset in the curve. but transitions are calculated between the curves and are not parallel. It may explains the differences.
