Hi ALL, My project has a different definition of Track Alignment. Below is on straight, nothing unusual. But on spiral and circular curve, the definition is different. Original point is still 1.6m above the rail level, and is not affected by cant. Now the rail position is rotate, not at +/- 0.7175m and can't call it TOR any more. Please refer to the below figure. So, I guess I need to define at least 5 points. Point 1- PGL and Point -2 Rail Level should be alright, but Point 3, 4 & 5 for Track Center, Cant_L and Cant_R is hard for me. Please refer to below figure. Don't know how to set the Point 3 because it's need to be rotate and use TAN(angle) to get the exactly X/Y position, so does Point 4 & 5. Second question is, even though those 5 points can be setup correctly, how to set the correct corridor? The horizontal should be correctly but how to do pick with Vertical/Cant? I check with the Corridor Object-Point Control, 3 mode can be used. Is it means, if above 5 points can't be set up, then I need to use this with manual input the calculated horizontal/vertical offset on each start/end station? Does it work? Look like I need a few area to setup with different priority? Please help to advise, or share the sample if you have, thank you very much! Regards, Robert Tsai
